Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs

In most cases standard shipping & handling is $9.45.
Orders that contain large boxes such as submission boxes, key presentation boxes, cups, lids and or hard cooler boxes are calculated on a per large box basis.
Custom orders will be priced based on the size of the order.

Rural Delivery

Sorry we do not offer shipping to rural addresses. Please supply your local branch address or a suitable residential or commercial address.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

The Bayleys Merchandise store has a mixture of stock and made to order items. When ordering apparel or custom made goods please allow 7-10 working days for production and 2-3 days for freight. Personalised product orders will receive an artwork print proof for approval prior to production, this may take upto 2 days.

Returns

Please note we do not accept change of mind returns on any made to order products including apparel or personalised goods. Please chose your sizing carefully on Bayleys branded apparel.

In the event of a fault, please use our returns form to notify us of the error.

Cancellation & Amendments

Things move fast at Brand Addiction, so we cant guarantee that you'll be able to cancel or amend your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse - but get in touch (quickly) if you need to cancel or amend your order.

Payment

We offer both credit card facilities and 'on account' options through the checkout. The account option is for those with a previous relationship with Brand Addiction and terms will be dependant on your account history.
